For what age are Mameduka products recommended?

On our website you can find materials intended for children from 3 years of age.

How long will it take to receive my order?

It will depend on the type of shipping you choose.

Standard shipping; Orders take about 5-7 days to be produced, to which we have to add 24/48 hours of shipping if going to the peninsula.

Express delivery; Orders take about 3-5 days to be produced, to which we have to add 24 hours of shipping if going to the peninsula.

Do you ship to the Canary Islands or to Ceuta and Melilla?

Yes, your order will be sent by certified mail. We are not responsible for any fees or tariffs that may be charged.

What happens if I want to return an order?

If you need to return your order you can do so, you have 14 days to make the return. You must inform us beforehand and you will have to be responsible for the return
of the package, which must arrive in perfect condition, unopened or used.
You will receive your refund in the same payment method received within 5-10 business days.

I have received a broken product. What do I do?

If your order has been damaged in transport or has arrived broken, you have 24 hours to notify us of the incident. Write to us at info@mameduka.com attaching photographs and your order number.
After 24 hours we will not accept the claim.

Once the claim is accepted, we will proceed to collect your order and send a new one, or, where appropriate, the material that has been damaged.
