Shipping policies

I use the courier services of Zeleris or Correos depending on the location for peninsular shipments and Correos for shipments to the Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

Here I detail the costs according to your address.

Spain (Peninsula): €4.99 (24 hours from when your order leaves the workshop, without incidents)

Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla; €8.99 (depending on weight, local taxes apart)

The delivery address: It will be the one linked to your order, review it carefully and if there is an error, immediately send me an email to attaching the order number and shipping information along with the phone number of contact.

Both Zeleris and Correos make 2 delivery attempts in case of absence . If they have not been able to deliver your shipment, you will have to pick it up at the corresponding office. Zeleris does not have offices, so your package will return to the workshop if they cannot deliver it

You have 15 days to pick it up at the Post Office. If you do not collect your shipment within this period, it will be returned to Mum dragora, and you will have to bear the shipping and return costs. As long as the items are not personalized, you can refund the price of the product but not the shipping costs. If you want your order to be sent again, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. The refund will be made with the same payment method that you used for your purchase. The same applies when Zeleris fails to deliver your shipment and it is returned to the workshop.

As in the previous case, if the shipping address is incomplete or data is missing, the package will be returned to our workshop after 7-15 days , you will have to bear the shipping and return costs. If it is not a personalized item and you do not want us to resend it, the shipping cost will not be refunded.

Shipping costs include VAT , but not other taxes, duties, duties or surcharges.

*It is very important that if the package is in poor condition, broken or damaged, you take a photo and contact me as soon as possible.

If an order arrives broken there will be several options.

I can re-place your order and send it at no cost to you and if we have time in case it is a topper or urgent gifts.

If it arrives broken and there is no time to remake and send. You will have to send me photos of the packaging and the interior along with a written claim to the email indicating the order number, shipping information and date of receipt.

IMPORTANT. If you want to claim that an order has arrived broken, you must do so within 24 hours of receipt. After this period I will not accept the claim.

I accept two payment methods.

Bank card, with the guarantee of the Stripe payment gateway and security.


Return Policy

Custom orders do not accept returns . For the rest of the products, you have 14 calendar days (from receipt) to return it.

Return costs will be borne by the customer.

Once the return is received at the indicated address, the money will be paid in the same way in which the payment was made, as long as the returned product is in perfect condition, packaging included.

Cancellation of orders.

You have 24 hours from when you place the order to cancel it. Write to me at to proceed with the refund. The fees charged by Paypal and Stripe for payment will be deducted from the amount.
